Usage

We grant you a non-transferable or revocable license to use the Site-Applications under the specified terms and conditions. The purpose of this license is to shop for personal items sold on the Site-Apps. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as expressly allowed in advance by us. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without any prior notice. Certain services and related features that may be available on the Site-Applications require registration or subscription. By choosing to register or subscribe to any of these services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to promptly update it if there are any changes. Each user of the site is solely responsible for keeping passwords, passwords, or other methods of identification safe and secure. The entire responsibility lies with the account holder for all activities that occur under his password or under his account. You should inform us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. Exchange Policy

Based on the health and safety laws, it is not possible to exchange corsets or bras or underwear or pieces of lingerie (nightgowns,..etc) that include underwear for health reasons, in order to ensure your safety and our interest in public health laws to avoid exchanging corsets, we added size charts that enables you to know your size before purchasing, in addition to our team that is available on social media to help you with your inquiries.

Terms:

• The product to be exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Customer can exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the order
• Customer must send a clear photo/video of the product they want to exchange to our social media platforms.

If the above terms are met, we will send the client the other product(s) they chose and delivery charges will be paid by customer.

Trademarks and copyrights

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered on the Site, and all information and designs contained on the Site, are owned by us, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, images, video, music and audio, and their selection and coordination, as well as all compilations of Software, source codes, and main programs. All contents of the site are also protected by copyright as a collective work subject to the copyright laws of the Palestinian state.

Law enforcement

These terms and conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Palestine. Subject to the arbitration detailed below, each party hereby agrees to appear before the Palestinian Judicial Courts, and to waive any objections based on the venue. These Terms of Use are subject to modification by us at any time. Your continued use of the Site-Applications following the posting of any change means your acceptance of these Terms of Use and the revised legal documents and the changes become effective when they are posted on the Site without notice. Please review the Terms of Use and Conditions regularly to keep up to date with all updates. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your full acceptance of all changes to the Terms of Use and Conditions.
